Ricardo A. Cabeza is an agronomist and lecturer of plant nutrition and soil fertility at the University of Talca. During his career he has been dedicated to understanding soil P dynamics and evaluating nitrogen fixation in legumes when they suffer nutrient deficiencies. He has worked on different research projects with emphasis on plant nutrition and nutrient dynamics in soils. Currently, he is investigating the distribution of nutrients in plants of agronomic interest using micro X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (uXRF).
